I built this site for people like my parents, my colleagues, and maybe people like you.
You’ve probably heard of tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot. But no one ever really explained how to use them in a way that feels human, practical, or connected to real jobs and life experience.
That’s where Adult AI Coach comes in.

My Story
I’ve always been curious about computers and automations. But when AI suddenly exploded onto the scene, I was thrilled!
But then I realized something: most of the tutorials, tools, and advice were made for tech interested people. Not for people like my parents.
Who will still be in the workforce for at least 15 years, and for them to compete with these young kids who grew up with this AI… that’ll be impossible.
I built this site because I believe AI should be practical, clear, and adaptable for everyone.
not just for techies, startups or the younger generation, but for everyday people & professionals trying their best.
I’m not an engineer or a coder, I’m just me wanting to help out, and I use AI daily to help me with everything. From everyday tasks to building this website.
What we’re building here helps people feel a little more confident, a little less behind, and a lot more powerful!
